Who we are

Omnifans (omnifans.ru) is an unofficial, non-commercial community project of former Magnit Omni employees. It is not affiliated with JSC Tander or the Magnit retail chain. The data controller is the site administrator, reachable at hello@omnifans.ru.

What we publish

The site shows alumni cards: name, photo, role and years at Magnit Omni, current company and role, city, a short quote and links to public profiles. People submit all of this themselves through the form.

Legal basis

The only basis for processing is the person’s consent (Articles 6 and 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”). Consent is given with a separate checkbox in the form. Without consent a card is never published.

Purpose

Data is published so alumni can find each other and keep professional ties. We do not share data with third parties, use it for advertising or sell it.

Where it is stored

Cards live in the site’s repository and in the form responses. The site is hosted on servers in Russia. Visit statistics are collected anonymously by Yandex Metrica.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent, correct or delete your card at any time. Email hello@omnifans.ru with the subject “Remove my card”. We remove cards within seven days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
